By submitting the above information I am certifying that all information provided on this registration form is accurate. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Central Florida Tigers Organization. I understand that the sponsors and coaches shall not be responsible for any injury that I may sustain while participating in the activities associated with this program. The submitting of this registration form shall be considered a waiver for any claim for such injury. Registration $45 fee is non refundable.
